The Trailer For ‘Resident Evil 6’
Capcom confirmed today (something that we kind of already knew) Resident Evil 6 is head to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 20, 2012. The new chapter in the franchise seems to be following Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy who are dealing with the virus outbreaking in different parts of the world. Leon is trapped in a small-town while Chris is in a Beijing. There seems to also be a third protagonist that is carrying the cure in his blood (a possible link to Wesker with that character?). Resident Evil 6 looks like you would expect Resident Evil 6 to look, but might also feature some squad mechanics and Gears of War style cover use. I’m intrigued, but I’m also a little over the entire Resident Evil franchise since I’ve got no clue what is even happening anymore. Weskers dead, I know that much.
