The trailer for Robert D. Siegel’s ’Big Fan’

This is the first trailer for the Sundance film ‘Big Fan’ from first-time filmmaker Robert D. Siegel. ‘Big Fan’ stars Patton Oswalt as an obsessed football fan that is viscously attatcked by his favorite player and has to deal with the consequences of it.

I’m very intrigued to see Patton Oswalt in a dramatic role. He seems like a capable actor but someone who just isn’t offered that type of role that often.

‘Big Fan’ will be started a limited theater release on August 28th, 2009.
